About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement Quality Management Systems
- Manage the timely and effective resolution of customer feedback
- Oversee performance and provide improvement plans for incoming raw materials and piece parts
- Inspection, assembly, and test outgoing inspection, line claims, and RMAs
- Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products
- Review the accuracy of suppliers’ SCAR report and effectiveness monitoring
- Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions
- Analyze quality data and prepare quality report
- Support customer and internal manufacturing audits
- Willing to work in a flexible environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educational Requirements: At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Five years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a Semiconductor or related Industry
- Good knowledge and experience in: Semiconductor manufacturing processes and controls from IQA, assembly, testing, to warehouse and shipping
- Good knowledge and experience in 7 QC tools, FMEA, Control Plan, Why-Why Analysis, and 8D problem solving
