Key responsibilities & impact

ensuring the seamless flow of goods
primary focus on international export compliance, master data maintenance, and ERP system accuracy
ensure full adherence to international trade regulations, ITAR and EAR
assign Harmonized System tariff codes, Schedule B classifications, and ECCNs
serve as contact for freight forwarders and customs brokers
create, maintain, and update part numbers, descriptions, and attributes within the ERP system
collaborate with engineering, procurement, and purchasing departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of experience in logistics, export compliance, or international shipping
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
Strong working experience with ERP systems
In-depth knowledge of U.S. Export Regulations (EAR/ITAR) and Incoterms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
