Requirements

What you’ll need

US Person
Four-year degree (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
Candidates with a relevant 2 year degree will also be considered
Candidate must be willing to attend additional industry training assignments (ex. AQS certification, Six Sigma/Lean, DfR Concepts, Microchip Learning Center programs) as determined by the organization and the Quality Management team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a team environment
