About the role
- work in a collaborative, professional, and global environment alongside regional sales, engineering, product divisions, and executive sponsors

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of semiconductor or OEM sales experience with technically complex, multi-site or global customers
- Demonstrated success driving design wins, expanding business, or increasing account influence in a technical sales environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, and regional sales teams, with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Industrial or complex OEM market knowledge preferred
- Willingness to travel 20 to 30 percent
