About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate tasks across Digital Design, Implementation, Layout, DFT, Mixed Signal Development, and CAD/Flow Development teams throughout IP and SOC development
- Adapt to newer cutting-edge technology nodes while ensuring quality deliverables in established and legacy technology nodes
- Work with multi-time-zone cross-functional teams across Design, Implementation, DFT, Layout, CAD, and Mixed Signal domains
- Plan, develop, and track tasks across IP and SOC development, CAD flow development, Vendor Tools deployment, and the post-silicon test ecosystem
- Establish and facilitate risk management for new projects and initiatives with internal stakeholders
- Conduct periodic status meetings and facilitate inter-team task alignment
- Present project status to internal and external customers and relay feedback to engineering teams
- Ensure goals are met for customer satisfaction and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Prior experience in two or more semiconductor backend functions, including Synthesis, DFT, Layout, Physical Verification, Reliability, or Flow Development
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, including management of semiconductor backend deliverables
- Experience using project management tools such as JIRA or other Agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective team player, collaborator, and motivator
- Ability to work in a multi-location, cross-functional team setup
- Willingness to travel 0%–25%
