About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Formulate and review specifications and procedures for assembly processes
Recommend and prepare equipment, parts, and materials to support assembly processes
Install, characterize, optimize, and maintain assembly equipment
Implement continuous improvement plans to enhance assembly yield, quality, productivity, and cycle time
Analyze root causes of defects and deviations and develop corrective actions and standard procedures to prevent recurrence
Apply SPC techniques to monitor and optimize assembly processes and IQC
Collaborate with concerned parties to support company goals and targets
Provide guidance and training to engineers, technicians, and production staff
Perform other assigned jobs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor in engineering or science in any fields
At least 3 years working experience in IC manufacturing
Good command in English communication
Good computer skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills
Can-do attitude
Travel requirement: 0%–25%
