Key responsibilities & impact

Perform planned maintenance tasks on Microcaps’ encapsulation lines
Write maintenance task procedures
Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems
Design components and sub-assemblies to enhance equipment performance
Conduct research into the feasibility of process change requests
Work on continuously improving our environmental footprint

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
2+ years background in an industrial setting
Functional knowledge of Autodesk Inventor or an equivalent 3D-CAD software
Previous experience in preparing technical documentation
Hands-on experience in machinery assembly, commissioning and maintenance
Project Management experience
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Work permit in Switzerland
Ability to successfully collaborate with cross functional teams including both internal and external experts.
Team player and excited to work in a rapidly growing process technology company
Automation projects experience
Solid grasp of an ERP software
