About the role
- Ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines
- Ensure all customer inventory information in SAP is accurate and up to date
- Conduct analysis of service contracts
- Ensure all sales orders, return orders and quote approvals are recorded in SAP and updated in HubSpot
- Monitor, follow up with, and chase customers for outstanding returns or responses
- Seek the information and knowledge necessary to perform the job
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a Technologist degree in Management Processes
- Minimum 6 months' experience as an analyst in similar areas (internal candidates)
- Minimum 1 year experience as an analyst in similar areas (external candidates)
- Experience with customer service/direct customer contact
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Clear communication
- Strong organizational skills
