About the role

  • Execute the revenue-oriented marketing strategy in collaboration with the CRO and an external marketing agency.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute internal and proprietary events targeted at ICP decision-makers (target accounts and existing customers).
  • Operate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic accounts.
  • Drive inbound demand generation with the agency, managing the production of scripts, creatives, content and the website together with the agency.
  • Act as the liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring continuous alignment.
  • Manage the pipeline and ensure marketing SLAs in the CRM, tracking leads, MQLs, SQLs and opportunities.
  • Plan and run growth experiments with ongoing optimization cycles.
  • Establish and monitor marketing and revenue KPIs (ROI, CAC, conversions).
  • Support partnership and co-marketing activities.
  • Ensure consistency in positioning and commercial messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B marketing (technology, services, or outsourcing with recurring revenue).
  • Hands-on experience with demand generation, inbound marketing, ABM and events.
  • Experience working in partnership with marketing agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving capability.
  • Adaptability to changes in the commercial environment.
  • Organization, prioritization, autonomy and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience with HubSpot (Marketing/Sales Hub and CRM).
  • Experience with video recording and editing (CapCut, etc.).
  • Practical knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Experience producing and managing B2B events.
  • Experience in outsourcing, SaaS or recurring services companies.
  • Familiarity with revenue-focused marketing metrics.
  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting.
