About the role
- Serve as the primary owner of revenue expansion within the customer base, acting in a consultative capacity.
- Ensure renewal of existing contracts by managing the process in a structured and proactive manner.
- Focus directly on achieving the NRR (Net Revenue Retention) target.
- Manage a portfolio of active clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead strategic client meetings, including presentation decks, analyses, and diagnostics.
- Conduct continuous, structured discovery to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and present consultative proposals aligned with the company's portfolio.
- Lead negotiations and support closing of expansion opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (CS, Operations, Marketing, and Product).
- Dedicate approximately 20% of time to core Customer Success activities.
- Identify churn risk signals and take preventive action.
- Keep the CRM up to date with pipeline, renewals, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA (preferred) in Commercial Management, Business, or related areas.
- Experience in Account Management, B2B consultative sales, or Customer Success with a commercial focus.
- Track record in account renewals and expansions.
- Strong skills in discovery and leading strategic meetings.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience in technology, outsourcing, or recurring services.
