About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Central point of contact for payroll processing, payroll tax and social security matters.
- Independently prepare payroll statements for a client portfolio – with a focus on collective bargaining/tariff law.
- Preparation and support for company audits and external payroll tax audits.
- Active professional exchange and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or a comparable commercial qualification with additional expertise in payroll.
- Handling complex client mandates with direct client contact.
- Proficient use of digital tools and efficient processes.
- Structured, meticulous and service-oriented working style.
- Strong written and spoken German (minimum C1 level).
- Team player with an active approach to internal collaboration.
