About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Central point of contact for payroll processing, payroll tax and social security matters.
  • Independently prepare payroll statements for a client portfolio – with a focus on collective bargaining/tariff law.
  • Preparation and support for company audits and external payroll tax audits.
  • Active professional exchange and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or a comparable commercial qualification with additional expertise in payroll.
  • Handling complex client mandates with direct client contact.
  • Proficient use of digital tools and efficient processes.
  • Structured, meticulous and service-oriented working style.
  • Strong written and spoken German (minimum C1 level).
  • Team player with an active approach to internal collaboration.
