Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 5 years related work experience in a corporate environment
Strong business context and business acumen is needed for success
Experience in wellness/well-being industry/coaching is preferred
Experience logging coaching session notes, scheduling coaching sessions, tracking engagements with clients, and documenting key milestones and metrics in relation to the coaching engagement
Experience conducting coaching sessions via Zoom and using Google Gsuite for all tracking purposes
Must be either an ICF credentialed coach (ACC, PCC or MCC) or National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
Advanced degree or equivalent work experience
Mastery in the following key skills: coaching, consulting, facilitation, supporting and leading change, strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing, project management, organizational/business dynamics, operational effectiveness, communication, empathy, values identification, and strengths identification
Fluent Languages (including English): Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish
