About the role

  • Apply journey-level thinking to lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery to delivery
  • Use customer journeys and service blueprints to uncover insights and identify opportunities
  • Translate insights into improved service moments and polished digital experiences across products and services
  • Design across both products and services portfolio, including ESG services like data collection, climate risk assessments, and sustainable reports
  • Work embedded with product teams as their design lead or partner across departments on multi-touchpoint initiatives
  • Collaborate to define great digital experience and help break down organisational silos to create seamless interactions
  • Report to the Design Manager and join a distributed design team in Göteborg and London

Requirements

  • Open to all experience levels in UX, Product Design, or Service Design
  • Design thinker with experience in journey mapping and service blueprints
  • Full product lifecycle hands-on skills – from discovery to delivery including assumption validation, user research, wireframing/prototyping
  • Experience documenting research findings and presenting the rationale for design decisions to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders while maintaining a clear design perspective
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, complex problem spaces and taking ownership
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Storybook, Dovetail
  • Enjoy mentoring others and contributing to design culture
  • Bonus: experience working in B2B and SaaS product organisations
