About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and replacement of endpoint infrastructure
- Rollout and deployment of endpoint software where physical onsite installation is required
- Exposed to various existing and new bank IT applications
- Enhance customer service skills by handling and providing different ways to address clients’ IT issues
- Acquire knowledge in advanced IT solutions and current practices present in the banking industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in help desk or desktop support
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware systems, operating systems, software applications and remote connection systems
- Excellent customer service
- Good oral communication
- Flexible and a team player
- Knowledgeable in basic IT concerns/programming
