About the role
- Be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of the various vacancies;
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Establish relationships with internal customers
- Deliver results and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in a Recruitment role
- Familiar with HR metrics
- Computer literate and social media user
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Methodical with attention to detail
- Flexibility and can do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy
- Teamwork mentality
