About the role

  • Design and build complex reports using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fusion Data Models
  • Advise on best practices for querying Oracle Cloud data
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate functional reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with users to perform unit testing and performance tuning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve report defects, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks
  • Maintain reporting standards, documentation, and reusable assets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementation
  • Strong hands-on experience with BIP Report development, OTBI, and advanced SQL
  • Solid understanding of data structures within Core HR, Learning, and Finance (GL, AR, AP)
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a government background investigation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
