Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build complex reports using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fusion Data Models
Advise on best practices for querying Oracle Cloud data
Collaborate with business teams to translate functional reporting requirements
Coordinate with users to perform unit testing and performance tuning
Troubleshoot and resolve report defects, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks
Maintain reporting standards, documentation, and reusable assets

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementation
Strong hands-on experience with BIP Report development, OTBI, and advanced SQL
Solid understanding of data structures within Core HR, Learning, and Finance (GL, AR, AP)
Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a government background investigation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
