About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- provide support to all Methodist Medical Group (MMG) clinics
- serve as a reserve point of contact into the Methodist Medical Group clinics
- manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow up calls related to coordination of care
- serve as a liaison between the referral departments, MMG clinical practices, and associated medical neighborhood
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Graduation or GED
- Associate’s Degree or higher, preferred
- 5 or more years of professional medical experience in a practice setting, preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
- Strong EMR/HER and Microsoft Office experience, preferred
