About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, performance) across multiple environments.
- Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Review and analyze product specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve product quality.
- Build and improve QA processes, methodologies, and documentation.
- Contribute to defining and evolving testing standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer working on web or SaaS-based products.
- Strong manual testing experience; familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a strong plus.
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of QA processes in development workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to Have: Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Prior experience leading QA efforts or mentoring junior QA team members.
- Experience working with distributed or international teams.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Lighthouse).
