About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in pre-sales activities, working with prospective clients to understand business and system needs, conduct technical discovery, and help shape successful project engagements.
- Build early-stage application prototypes and solution using AI-augmented delivery workflows.
- Facilitate and lead requirements workshops, turning complex business needs into clear and actionable delivery direction.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business objectives into precise technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks early, and support successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s AI-augmented software delivery practice through mentoring, internal knowledge sharing, workshops, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a software development environment.
- Proven experience leading client-facing workshops and requirements sessions.
- Strong understanding of software delivery processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new business domains and products, and work effectively across multiple projects and contexts.
- Interest in AI-driven solutions, with a strong motivation to deepen expertise in the field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
