Account Manager

• Strategic development and maintenance of visitor relationships with top decision-makers, key accounts, multipliers/influencers and high-growth target groups.
• Identification and outreach to new visitor potentials (e.g., jewelers, online retailers, international top buyers).
• Acquisition of new customers and market development in Germany, Austria, France, the UK and the Benelux region, as well as the development of tailored visitor concepts.
• Further development of the Top Buyer program, qualification of suitable participants and deriving concrete follow-up measures from visitor conversations.
• Management of existing customer relationships in Germany/Austria and targeted development of top visitor key accounts in France, the UK and Benelux.
• Participation in industry events and international travel to generate leads.
• Market monitoring and relationship management, professional presentations of the trade fair concept and preparation of tailored offers (on-site, virtual, customer events).
• Management of selected visitor delegations from strategically important markets and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
