Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in AI or vertical SaaS companies
Experience with enterprise deals in some capacity: SDR, BDR, AE, solutions, CS, or chief of staff
Bilingual English/Spanish — a real plus given our team and early customers
Proficiency with AI tools and processes
Strong writing skills for outbound communication
Bonus points: HR Tech, recruiting, or workforce experience.
