About the role

  • Strategic Exploration: Participate in exploratory projects focused on creators/KOLs—from problem deconstruction and hypothesis testing to small-scale validation.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Assist in driving strategic experiments and retrospectives across key stages of the creator journey: content production, distribution, incentives, and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Content, and Product teams to translate high-level creator strategies into actionable execution plans.
  • Data & Insights: Organize and analyze creator-related content and baseline data to provide evidence-based support for strategic decision-making.
  • Methodology Building: Document learnings and best practices during project advancement to help build Meshy’s proprietary "Creator Growth Playbook."
  • Ownership Growth: As you grow in the role, you will take independent ownership of specific creator segments, geographic regions, or specialized strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in content, social media, KOL marketing, or related growth roles (ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment).
  • Proven execution capability: A track record of taking projects from idea to completion with high attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy, content platforms, and creative digital marketing.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel projects effectively.
  • English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
