Requirements

What you’ll need

All position levels require graduation from a standard high school or possession of GED equivalency certificate
Senior Lead Mechanic: 8 years experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment
Maintenance Supervisor: 7 years experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment in an industrial setting, including 3 years of supervisory responsibilities
Senior Maintenance Supervisor: 8 years experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment in a power generating facility, including 5 years of supervisory responsibilities
Lead Maintenance Supervisor: 10 years experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment in an industrial setting, including 7 years of supervisory responsibilities
Formal schooling from an accredited vocational school with a major in a related field may be substituted for experience for all position levels
Education experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to three years of the required experience
Applicants may substitute Bachelor’ Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering for 4 years of the required experience for the Maintenance Supervisor levels
Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points
Some facilities may require possession of a valid CDL
