About the role
- Support in product documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- Ensure marketability and provide regulatory guidance during product development
- Responsibility for correct product labeling
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
- Organize internal and external trainings, workshops and meetings
- Handle adverse event reports in accordance with applicable requirements
- Assist in drafting contracts with distribution rights and in legal disputes
Requirements
- Degree in a natural science and at the start of your career — Master’s level or first relevant practical experience
- Initial experience in Regulatory Affairs for dietary supplements and adjacent food and FSMP topics
- Comprehensive regulatory knowledge in supplements, food law and FSMPs
- Basic understanding of contracts as well as Quality, Scientific and Analytics areas
- Methodological knowledge in knowledge data management and risk management
- Good time management and attention to detail when creating and maintaining regulatory product documentation
- Sense of responsibility, accuracy and result orientation
- Communicative and audience-appropriate, confident in dealing with change and conflicts
