About the role

  • You will support the Sales and Area Management team in the daily operational work with international distribution partners
  • You will assist in the creation, maintenance and analysis of sales reports and other reports (forecast and stock reports)
  • You will conduct market and competitor analyses as well as research analyses to support strategic decisions
  • You will maintain product data and systems and work with order forms
  • You will assist in coordinating distributor inquiries and internal alignments
  • You will contribute to portfolio and assortment analysis, including preparatory market research
  • You will support the development of presentations and marketing and sales materials
  • You will help with meeting preparation, administrative tasks and compliance and process-related topics

Requirements

  • You are at least in your third semester of a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field, ideally with an international focus
  • You have already gained initial practical experience, preferably in FMCG, sales or marketing
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • You are team-oriented, open and have strong communication skills
  • You bring a multicultural mindset and an interest in international contexts
  • You have very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
