About the role

  • You calculate costings for new products, validate them in the system and act as the interface to Marketing and Supply Chain Management
  • You are responsible for controlling manufacturing costs (CoGS) and logistics costs and support Supply Chain Management in inventory control
  • You perform plan-to-actual comparisons, variance analyses and optimization projects and actively drive efficiency improvements
  • You independently manage the planning processes (Budget, StratPlan, YEE) with a focus on production controlling
  • You contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and ensure high data quality
  • You prepare meaningful reports and build sustainable interfaces with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in economics/business administration, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling
  • You bring relevant professional experience in controlling (approx. 2–3 years), preferably in an OTC, retail or FMCG environment with exposure to production controlling
  • You have solid knowledge of cost controlling and product costing as well as a good understanding of common KPI systems
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems such as SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA
  • You have experience with BI tools (e.g., SAP BW, Power BI) and demonstrate a strong affinity for databases
  • You communicate very well in German and English and present yourself confidently to internal and external stakeholders
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a sense of ownership and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
