About the role
- Manage the assigned sales channel and oversee assigned customers
- Develop strategic growth plans in alignment with company strategy
- Collaborate with the KAM team to achieve annual targets
- Ensure accurate sales volume and revenue planning
- Coordinate with Product Management to expand profitable business
- May include team leadership responsibilities
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Law
- Several years of direct leadership experience and at least 10 years of sales experience across different industries
- Experience in the discount channel, with in-depth knowledge of Aldi and Lidl
- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive ability
- Clear, fact-based communication and argumentation style
- Structured and independent working style
- Proficient in common MS Office applications, particularly Excel
