About the role

  • You will support the brand team across the entire product development process
  • Perform continuous analysis of product, market, and competitor data
  • Conduct regular store checks and competitor monitoring
  • Work closely with external service providers, e.g., creative agencies and market research firms
  • Support the team in developing and executing activation activities and promotions
  • Assist with the preparation of market research studies
  • Collaborate in ideation, concept development, and testing of new products
  • Conduct consumer surveys related to products
  • Support the planning and execution of communications across both traditional and digital media

Requirements

  • You are enrolled as a student at a college or university, focusing on business administration, economics, or a related field
  • You are a dynamic individual who is eager to discover new things
  • You have an affinity for numbers and an interest in analysis
  • You are creative and enjoy communicating and collaborating in a team
  • You work independently and proactively, demonstrating strong commitment and initiative
  • You are proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ideally, you have initial practical experience through an internship at an FMCG manufacturer
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
