Key responsibilities & impact

build revenue forecasting models that connect pipeline to recognized revenue
establish controls and system workflows to reduce manual handoffs
design and implement a scalable procure-to-pay process
partner with Legal, Accounting, and business owners for a tiered approval framework
build operating expense forecasting and accrual processes
support the implementation of financial planning tools and systems
create the monthly/quarterly operating cadence for assigned functions
support the build and delivery of the annual operating plan and budget
drive continuous improvement and assume full P&L ownership for assigned product line

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or revenue operations
deep, hands-on knowledge of quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition in milestone or contract-based environments
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
comfortable across CRM (Salesforce), ERP (QuickBooks, Costpoint, or similar)
process-oriented and detail-driven
