About the role
- Technical team leadership and deployment planning
- Maintenance and repair of all equipment
- Ensuring operational functionality and safety of systems
- Implementation of technical projects and refurbishments, such as installation of new gaming machines or renovation works
- Coordination and liaison with external service providers
- Safety-related matters
- Support with technical tasks both indoors and outdoors
- Compliance with company policies and the additional regulations of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally in electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT or a comparable discipline
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair of electronic equipment and systems
- Experience in leading and motivating teams
- High sense of responsibility and a structured working style
- Solution-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Confident user of MS Office and technical management/administration software
