About the role
- Supervision of all gaming areas
- Ensuring policy-compliant execution of gaming activities in the assigned gaming area
- Guest service and retention
- Resolution of disputes
- Preparing daily schedules / dispatch for all gaming operations staff
- Leading, scheduling and motivating the team
- Administrative tasks
- Representing senior management in their absence
Requirements
- Several years of experience in slot machine gaming and/or in classic table games
- Willingness to be trained in all areas
- Very good German and good English skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Compliance with regulatory requirements
- Commitment, teamwork and ability to work under pressure
