About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of EpicCare Ambulatory
Design, build, test, and maintain Epic system components to streamline clinical workflows
Partner with clinicians and stakeholders to analyze business needs and create innovative solutions
Configure workflows, documentation tools, Smart Tools, OTX, Health Maintenance, Registries, and more
Provide technical expertise, training, and ongoing support for end users
Collaborate on projects, system enhancements, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient safety

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive healthcare experience
Hands-on Epic build experience with EpicCare Ambulatory or OTX (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with clinical workflows in outpatient settings and EMR system implementations
Experience working in hospital or major medical center IT deployments is a plus
Knowledge of billing, scheduling, access services, and health maintenance workflows
EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (required)
