About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Supply Chain, with a focus on procurement, sales, and inventory management.
Work independently and collaboratively to perform all implementation activities, including solutioning, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, and deployment for D365 Supply Chain warehouse management, transportation management, production, and trade and logistics functions.
Utilize experience and communication skills to build high-trust relationships with leaders and SMEs (subject matter experts) in our customers’ warehouse management, transportation management, production, and trade and logistics operations.
Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and execute implementation tasks with internal and external project team members that exceed expectations.
Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work in collaboration with the associated project manager.
Continually learn industry best practices related to procurement, supply chain sales processes, inventory control, and logistics and demonstrate that knowledge in the delivery of customer solutions.
Support internal continual improvement to drive scalable, enabling processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; or high school diploma with at least five years of relevant experience.
Two years minimum of industry experience with hands-on application and/or technical expertise in supply chain operations, and a minimum two full implementation cycles leading these areas.
Experience with any of the tier-one Supply Chain software products, including Microsoft D365, Manhattan, Red Prairie, HighJump, JDE, Provia, or Blue Horseshoe.
Team player with strong communication, organizational, project management, and client interaction skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
