Key responsibilities & impact

Own delivery for client-facing technical initiatives
Lead end-to-end website and application projects
Maintain project health (scope, timeline, budget)

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in a Technical Project Management role
An understanding of marketing technology platforms
Exceptional ability to 'translate' technical constraints into business risks
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams
Led end-to-end CMS website builds or custom application launches
Hands-on experience producing burn reports, forecasts, and tracking actual hours vs. plan
Capacity planning/resource allocation experience for technical teams
Implemented/enforced agency PMO processes
Documented risk identification and contingency-plan execution
Experience designing or implementing automation or AI-driven workflow improvements
