Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of law-firm experience in litigation, disputes, or contentious practice (3+ years preferred)
  • Current in-house lawyers must have moved in-house within the last 2 years and have prior law-firm experience
  • Qualified to practise in Germany as a Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin
  • Strong command of German litigation and procedural law
  • Native or fluent German
  • Precise written communication
  • Ability to work independently according to a rubric and meet deadlines
  • Independent contractor status
  • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
