About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Compare AI-generated songs head-to-head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality
- Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics
- Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy
- Evaluate generative music AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab
- Work in Korean and English
- Complete the Bilingual Competency Interview in Korean and participate in onboarding
- Provide services as an independent contractor on assigned projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or near-native proficiency in Korean
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English
- 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer
- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening
- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition is a plus
- Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work is a plus
- Broad familiarity with contemporary Korean genres, sub-genres, and artists is a plus
- Independent contractor engagement
- H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
