About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Compare AI-generated songs head-to-head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality
Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics
Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy
Evaluate generative music AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab
Work in Bengali and English on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
Complete application and onboarding steps, including the Bilingual Competency Interview in Bengali

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali
Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English
2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer
Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening
Independent contractor engagement
Must be able to work remotely on a flexible schedule
H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
Nice to have: formal training in music performance, theory, or composition
Nice to have: credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work
Nice to have: broad familiarity with contemporary Bengali genres, sub-genres, and artists
