About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source, identify, and attract high-caliber candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referral networks.
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future client staffing needs.
Develop and nurture client relationships as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing and job posting through offer negotiation and successful placement.
Collaborate with the Mercier Consultancy Group team to share market insights, candidate leads, and best practices.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance and data integrity.
Represent Mercier Consultancy Group professionally at candidate and client touchpoints.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role, as all communication with candidates and clients will be conducted in English.
Must be freelancer or willing to become one.
Must be able to invoice.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional approach to candidate and client engagement.
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously in a remote working environment.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as a freelance professional without the need for day-to-day supervision.
