About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Integration of eDrive vehicles into existing production, ensuring efficient production flows alongside ICE vehicles
Responsible for the technical integration and validation of high-voltage (HV) propulsion systems and low-voltage (LV) electrical architectures commissioning processes
Responsible for production process planning activities for pre-assembly, assembly and commissioning of HV-components
Development of an optimum and safe HV-commissioning concept based on the new vehicle types
Responsible for defining the framework and technical documentation for HV activities on vehicle based specifications including task classification, work environment conditions, and corresponding instructions for process flow
Create manufacturing BoMs and prepare work plans
Identify production equipment and fixtures; support their commissioning; define workflows; and create or update layout plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferably Engineering degree in E/E or similar fields
Proficient in English
Knowledgeable in HV systems
Good computer skills (MS Office applications)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
No restriction on travel
Nice to Have: Proficient in German
Successfully completed technical studies with work experience in the automotive industry
Familiarity with international, cross-location teamwork
