About the role
- Integration of eDrive vehicles into existing production, ensuring efficient production flows alongside ICE vehicles
- Responsible for the technical integration and validation of high-voltage (HV) propulsion systems and low-voltage (LV) electrical architectures commissioning processes
- Responsible for production process planning activities for pre-assembly, assembly and commissioning of HV-components
- Development of an optimum and safe HV-commissioning concept based on the new vehicle types
- Responsible for defining the framework and technical documentation for HV activities on vehicle based specifications including task classification, work environment conditions, and corresponding instructions for process flow
- Create manufacturing BoMs and prepare work plans
- Identify production equipment and fixtures; support their commissioning; define workflows; and create or update layout plans
Requirements
- Preferably Engineering degree in E/E or similar fields
- Proficient in English
- Knowledgeable in HV systems
- Good computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- No restriction on travel
- Nice to Have: Proficient in German
- Successfully completed technical studies with work experience in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with international, cross-location teamwork
