メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
事業会社の経営企画部門および事業企画部門に類する部署での、3年以上の事業課題解決に向けたファイナンス面からの提案をマネジメントや事業部門に行った実務経験（これらの領域におけるコンサルティング業務を含む）
定量的なデータ分析に基づく提案実務を行った経験
部署を超え全社にまたがるプロジェクトを組成・リードしてきた実績
不確定であることや変化に対する高い順応性、適応能力
MBA・公認会計士の資格を保有する方、戦略コンサルティングファームでの業務経験、あるいは同等の知識や経験を持つ方は歓迎
Consumer向けのWeb・アプリ等のサービスに関する知識や経験は歓迎
部署を超え全社にまたがるプロジェクトに参画した経験は歓迎
英語環境での業務経験は歓迎
チームのマネジメント経験は歓迎
日本語：Proficient (CEFR – C1)
