大手上場企業向けの法人営業経験（10年以上推奨）
メンバーの育成・評価を含む、組織マネジメントの実務経験
新規開拓営業における高い行動力と、課題解決型の提案・交渉スキル
複雑なステークホルダー（加盟店、開発部門、デザイナー等）と議論・価値創造するコミュニケーション能力
契約・法務に関連する最低限の知識および定量分析スキル（Excel中級程度）
クラウド型SaaS企業、Fintech企業、ECコンサル、または大手BtoCプラットフォーマーでの実務経験（歓迎）
