Data Management チームは、Google BigQueryを基盤とした全社的なデータ活用の核となる中央集権型データウェアハウスの管理・運用・最適化を担っています。
現在、当社のデータプラットフォームは毎月千名以上の従業員に利用されています。このような環境において、アクセス権限や計算リソースの適切な維持管理は、高度なAIアプリケーションの活用をはじめとする、あらゆるデータドリブンな取り組みを支える上で不可欠です。
当社が「AI-Native」な組織へと変革を遂げる中、データ利用者の人数、総データ量、そしてユースケースの多様性は急速に拡大しており、今後もさらなる成長が見込まれています。このような状況下において、データの利用拡大とコストコントロールのバランスを保つことは極めて重要な課題です。私たちのミッションは、冗長なデータ利用を最適化しつつ、ビジネスへの貢献度や優先度の高いユースケースを確実に保護し支援する仕組みを構築することにあります。

クラウドデータウェアハウスのアーキテクチャおよびコスト構造への深い理解（IaaS実装における実践的な知識経験を含む）
データ分析基盤において、SQLを用いたデータ変換ロジックの分析および最適化を行った知識・実務経験
歓迎する経験・スキル
データ分析基盤におけるFinOpsの取り組みの経験（特にクエリ計算リソースの最適化やコスト分配に関連する経験であればなお可）
データマート提供のためのETL/ELTパイプライン構築および運用管理の経験
AI/LLM の活用に特化したデータ基盤の設計・構築、または運用管理の経験
語学力
