新企画・新機能の立ち上げから既存機能の改善まで、ビジネス・エンジニアリング・カスタマーサービスといった多様な専門性を持つメンバーとクロスファンクショナルに連携し、お客さま数の多いMerpayならではのインパクトの大きいプロダクトづくりを担っていただくポジションです。

プロダクトマネージャーまたは事業推進・意思決定者の立場で、クレジットサービス（与信・債権管理）領域の企画・運用をリードした経験
データサイエンスを活用したサービス構築経験（与信モデル・スコアリング・リスク管理など、データに基づく意思決定を含むプロダクト開発に携わった経験）
バックエンドサービスの処理フロー・運用フローを設計した経験（システムの全体像を踏まえた仕様策定ができること）
与信・決済サービスにおけるKGI・KPIの責任者経験
債権管理オペレーションの構築・運用経験
SQLを用いた事業分析・データドリブンな意思決定の経験
マイクロサービスアーキテクチャを前提とした大規模システムの設計経験
LLMなど新しいテクノロジーをプロダクトに組み込み、成果を出した経験
日本語：ネイティブまたはProficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
英語： Basic (CEFR - A2) 歓迎
