オペレーション対応だけではなく、課題を構造的に捉え、施策・仕組み化を通じて解決までリードした経験
労務・人事制度に関する基礎的な知識
日本語：Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
英語：Independent (CEFR - B2) 歓迎
