About the role

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across major paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others) to acquire new users and grow engagement in the US market.
  • Develop and manage performance marketing strategies that balance acquisition volume, efficiency, and quality of users.
  • Continuously monitor campaign data, analyze KPIs, and apply insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
  • Localize and tailor ad creatives and messaging for the US audience, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Manage budgets and pacing, ensuring optimal use of spend across channels.
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective targeting, bidding, and creative strategies.
  • Report and present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Establish local connections and facilitate effective communication.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive growth initiatives in the US beyond Paid Ads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, preferably with user acquisition focus.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Appsflyer and other major digital ad platforms
  • Proven track record in campaign management, optimization, and analytics
  • Native English speaker with a strong understanding of the US market (Japanese or other languages a plus)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or cross-border business
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization
  • Familiarity with international growth strategies and multi-market campaigns
  • Knowledge of user behavior analysis, retention modeling, or cohort analysis
  • Proven experience in planning and executing initiatives such as ASO, SEO, and social media marketing beyond Paid Ads
  • Proven experience in executing campaigns aimed at branding objectives.
  • English:Proficient (CEFR – C1) Mandatory
  • Japanese: Basic
