About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a regional team of Site Quality Managers to build a high-performing, principle-based organization with clear expectations, accountability, and ownership of results
  • Set the vision and standard for quality execution across multiple project sites, ensuring consistency in processes, decision-making, and performance
  • Build strategic partnerships with project leadership and construction teams to develop and execute regional quality strategies that improve delivery, minimize rework, and drive long-term project success
  • Drive alignment across subcontractors and cross-functional partners to consistently meet quality standards and contractual requirements
  • Own and improve regional quality performance by leveraging KPIs, identifying trends, and scaling solutions across projects
  • Partner with project teams and customers to proactively identify systemic risks and implement preventative, high-value solutions
  • Drive a culture of quality ownership by reinforcing accountability, enabling site-level decision-making, and recognizing strong performance
  • Travel to project sites (25–50%) to support field leadership, build relationships, and ensure consistent execution and alignment with regional quality expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience mentoring, developing, and influencing individuals or teams within construction, manufacturing, or a related environment (including military experience)
  • Experience with quality systems, inspections, or quality engineering practices
  • Experience interpreting and applying contractual quality requirements or working within regulated quality frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001or similar)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel at least 25% of the time
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
