About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a regional team of Site Quality Managers to build a high-performing, principle-based organization with clear expectations, accountability, and ownership of results
Set the vision and standard for quality execution across multiple project sites, ensuring consistency in processes, decision-making, and performance
Build strategic partnerships with project leadership and construction teams to develop and execute regional quality strategies that improve delivery, minimize rework, and drive long-term project success
Drive alignment across subcontractors and cross-functional partners to consistently meet quality standards and contractual requirements
Own and improve regional quality performance by leveraging KPIs, identifying trends, and scaling solutions across projects
Partner with project teams and customers to proactively identify systemic risks and implement preventative, high-value solutions
Drive a culture of quality ownership by reinforcing accountability, enabling site-level decision-making, and recognizing strong performance
Travel to project sites (25–50%) to support field leadership, build relationships, and ensure consistent execution and alignment with regional quality expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience mentoring, developing, and influencing individuals or teams within construction, manufacturing, or a related environment (including military experience)
Experience with quality systems, inspections, or quality engineering practices
Experience interpreting and applying contractual quality requirements or working within regulated quality frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001or similar)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel at least 25% of the time
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
