About the role

  • Break down and summarise Corporate Finance / Transaction Services workflows
  • Create realistic finance prompts and solutions that are Germany-specific (e.g. based on HGB)
  • Benchmark AI model responses against your own knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance at a Big 4 firm or Mittelstands-M&A-Beratung in Germany
  • End-to-end deal process exposure (from pitch to execution)
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills in Excel
  • High attention to detail, with excellent summarisation and written communication skills
  • Native or near-native fluency in German
  • Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
  • A genuine interest in AI and automation
