About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of ten (10) clients
  • Provide psychotherapeutic interventions in individual and family settings using strength-based therapy modalities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and psychosocial histories
  • Collaborate with clients and families to develop treatment goals and plans
  • Develop crisis and safety plans in partnership with clients and families
  • Complete timely and accurate progress notes and outcome documentation
  • Assist clients and families in accessing community resources and supports
  • Coordinate care through collaboration with internal and external providers
  • Participate in community outreach activities within Monmouth County
  • Attend team meetings and weekly clinical supervision
  • Complete all required training in compliance with agency and state regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in a recognized mental health discipline
  • All levels of licensure considered (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW); fully licensed clinicians preferred
  • Willingness to work with children and adolescents required
  • Availability to work evening hours required
