Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and evaluate banking functional requirements for bank IT systems
Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation
Independently analyze and align functional requirements directly with the client, relevant Product Owners and the software development team
Create user stories
Perform feature testing as part of sprint reviews and acceptance tests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in software development projects
Domain knowledge of banking, ideally in SEPA/payments
Experience in agile projects using Scrum, including creating user stories and functional specifications
Experience designing test cases and executing tests
Experience with tools such as MS Office, Confluence, Jira
Strong communication skills and interpersonal competence
Strong analytical thinking and methodological competence
