About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build new cross-domain programs from concept through operationalization
  • Define program scope, stakeholders, governance frameworks, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with MSK strategic priorities and HSO vision
  • Identify opportunities to address unmet needs and connect disparate initiatives
  • Facilitate Epic governance forums covering prioritization, approvals, risk management, and delivery decisions
  • Connect clinical, operational, research, and technical stakeholders
  • Track and report program health, adoption metrics, and outcomes to leadership
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of Epic enhancements across relevant domains
  • Identify dependencies, shared opportunities, and integration points across domain portfolios
  • Represent cross-domain programs in enterprise planning, release management, and governance forums
  • Align system functionality with operational needs in partnership with providers, clinicians, administrators, and the HSO team
  • Carry initiatives through the full Epic lifecycle, including design, build, testing, training, and adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10 years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT
  • Minimum 2+ years managing Epic projects or system implementations
  • Epic certification required
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred
  • Strategic thinking linking enterprise objectives to executable delivery plans
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building with clinical, operational, and technical leaders
  • Advanced problem-solving and risk management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Clear, influential communication and governance leadership to drive alignment and decision-making
